What did you do this past week?

I went to class, and I looked over the project details.

What’s in your way?

Nothing is really in my way aside from a little laziness. Classes are starting to get more intensive, so I will need to become more productive.

What will you do next week?

I will start working on the Collatz project and try to finish it as soon as I can. I may need to download Docker to work on the project.

If you read it, what did you think of the makefile?

I think that it was overwhelming. There is a lot of information on the makefile, so I will need to take more time to review it all. I do not have a lot of experience with makefile, so that is something that I will need to learn more about.

What was your experience of Docker? (this question will vary, week to week)

I think that is very interesting and is a good tool to use. I still need to download Docker and get Professor Downing’s docker image. I do not have a lot of experience with Docker, so I will need to take some time to learn about it.

What was your experience of assertions? (this question will vary, week to week)

I have not had that much experience with assertions. I used them a little bit when I was taking Operating Systems.

What was your experience of unit tests? (this question will vary, week to week)

I do not have a lot of experience with unit tests. However, based off what was shown in class, it seems like a very important tool. This will definitely be important when working on large scale projects.

What made you happy this week?

I played video games with some of my friends that I haven’t played with in a while.

What’s your pick-of-the-week or tip-of-the-week?

My tip of the week is to have a checklist and plan out what you will work on for each day of the week. It is a good way to stay on top of all of your assignments.
